January 24 update
This is a quick one since I just wanted to check in for myself. Things are going well. I've been reading a lot. A couple of Neil Postman books, but some other things as well. I'm trying to take notes on what I read, so I've been preoccupied with that.
Would like to talk about what I've been reading more in detail, but I want to review them a bit first before I do much public-facing posting about it. Jason's been playing through Endwalker, and we've been chatting about death, despair, that sort of thing. I think both of us have found it helpful in dealing with those.
PT has been up and down. I have my good days and my bad, but usually what feels best is to stay active.
